All articles published by the CPOJ are permanently available online to the public without any restrictions or subscription fees. There is no charge associated with submitting a manuscript to the journal. Submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed (double-blind system) by our experts. Authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) if their manuscript has been accepted for publication. The APC covers several journal costs (i.e. administrative, membership, journal development, formatting articles, disseminating the content of the journal, etc). The APC will not be refunded during instances of article retraction. In cases of plagiarism or disputed authorship, CPOJ reserves the right to retract the published article and take legal action if necessary .
Article Processing Charge is based on article type. There is no APC for invited articles. CPOJ will provide a waiver or discount if authors are based in a country classified by the World Bank* as a low-income or a lower-middle-income economy.
